It’s sad to see the stadium this empty. This is supposed to be one of the biggest rivalries in the MLS. What gives? The same derby a few weeks back in Toronto for the Canadian cup was basically empty at BMO Field.

Let’s face it, CF Montreal is simply too small a team for MLS. Not enough money to spend on players, the stadium is a joke compared to other MLS stadiums, no ambition to improve. And the owner is one of the worst owners in pro sports. There’s never been a long term plan to make it a winning team. It’s only a matter of time before the team is sold and moves to the USA and frankly, no one cares anymore. It should not have come to this.
Montreal deserves two Ls.
One for the game and one for the attendance. Calgary or Edmonton would do better than this.

as MLS gets better and better, which it will thanks to great global players. We have to replace these chatter box secondary commentators… this #2 announcer is non-stop. Shut it son… dang!!! LOL but it's true. way too much talking….I can see it when the league started to gain interest, but there are so many verbose commentators, that it ruins the broadcast.
