Same Wrexham as last year. Led the whole game and gave up a late goal in extra time. Sometimes, you have to learn that maybe not taking that shot and killing time would've been a better idea.

Reminds me a lot of the Ipswich/Birmingham game which was the first game of the last Championship season. Birmingham early-ish goal, was hammering them all game, Ipswich had nothing on them, but Ipswich smash & grabbed a penalty at the very end.

Some of these negative Wrexham supporters are a bit much. They came away with a draw against a solid team on the road in a darby match. It was a respectable outing. Well done by both clubs.
As a person in America this is the first year I’m extremely excited for the championship more than the epl. It’s obvious Arsenal is winning but I’ve never seen the championship this stacked. Big teams are going down the next 5-10 years.

Good offense from Wrexham, perhaps their goalkeeper could have done better at the end, but quite a free kick nonetheless.
Made the prediction last year on the first game of the season that Wrexham would have a top 6 finish. They were off by one spot. They played decent this game. Wrexham would have a win if they didn’t just sit back on defense and the keeper actually did better on the last kick. I’m still gonna stick with my 6th place prediction just like last year. Just need the new signings to acclimate quickly and they’ll be up and running!

Deserved the loss, blew multiple chances of passing to the player in a better offensive position. More of the same from last year, don’t see promotion and already out of one tournament.
