Marsch's inexperience showed.
He should have told his boys to shut the door, waste time running it down Uruguay's wings, take it to the corners, and if there's no outlet, pass it around the midfield and let Uruguay chase and keep the ball away from Uruguay. He had the game won, but they kept trying to play free and open, and paid the price, for having not enough defenders at the back just batting balls away.
Really stupid coaching decisions.

Copa America third place game has relevance. When someone is ticked off, they go to the gym. This was the gym for Uruguay, and they needed this third-place game to vent after the semi-final loss against Colombia. After Argentina, Canada didn't look like they were ticked off.
