He's not wrong i play comp soccer and can leg press 5 plates with only like 4 leg dat undee my belt i pretty much never work legs and my older brother with a much better physique then me and he works legs out consistently can only do 4 plates and a 25 on both sides so yeah for reference we both weight around the same He's around 156 im 150ish
