Right now, he pretty much is world class. Strangely, his perception among many fans is/was very similar to Hargreaves circa 2006, but will likely have a similar positive outcome. Any remaining doubts should be finally extinguished by his showings at the Euros.

6:33 Gary knows whats he's talking about, Rice said on sky the other day he has been trying to add those attacking runs forward to his game like Yaya used to do. Rice is always trying to improve his game.
All the comparisons have a futsal background and therefore are very comfortable on the ball in tight situations. Rice is a centre back not a centre mid. Winks is Englands best option if they want to play out from the back.
