Activity Flow:
1. Players occupy the cones, starting cones have two players
2. Passing loop starts with the two center backs. Player 1 plays to Player 2.
3. From there, Player 2 plays to the player 3 at the number 6 position. Before Player 3 receives the ball, Player 3 moves closer towards both centre back and in between the center backs.
4. From there Player 3 in the number 6 position plays a vertical pass forward to Player 4 in the number 10 position.
5. Player 4 drops the ball to the full-back
6. The full-back plays to the winger, who is also the center-back for the restart of the passing loop.
7. Passing pattern is played back and forth
Organization:
1. 8 cones
2. Set up the cones as in the image
3. Backup balls at the starting position
4. One half of the pitch is needed
Coaching Points:
1. Awareness / Orientation – Before selecting check over your shoulder to see where the space, opponents and your teammates are on the field
2. Speed of the Pass – Quickly to allow team mate to turn, slowly to allow team mate to protect the ball or play one touch)
3. Accuracy of the Pass – In front if no opponent near, behind if opponent close
4. Timing – When to release the ball to best help team mate
5. Type of Pass – Inside of foot to ensure accuracy or spin, laces for longer passes, outside of foot when under pressure or to shape away from opponent
Variations:
1. Easier – play through without changing positions, everyone has their fixed task
2. Harder – increase passing distances and demand sharpness of passes
3. Harder – start with two balls at the same time ( add additional starting position with player #6 & center double up)

Not descriptive at all. Basically have to watch over and over again to figure out what the drill is
it seems like one player in the middle is constantly going and not moving to different cones
