Salah seems to genuinely respect Diaz's play. The smile he had in the background didnt have anything but world class enjoying world class playing.
I personally didnt have an issue with the extra time sub. Konate has his confidence to maintain as well, knowing he's been less than stalwart in a couple games. Five minutes of confidence getting some first team touches is a good thing. Liverpool has a well stocked midfield, swapping a defensive mid for a fullback is fine, knowing who's up front. The announcer was talking out of his ear. Fair play to wellbeck getting the ref to completely blow a call. He used to be a great player, and his experience might have helped his team earn a draw. Obviously didnt, but the yellow konate recieved is one that will easily be rescinded by the league.
Liverpool are a bit of consistency away from having to world class forwards mixed with the rest of this elite team. Gakpo and Nunez both offer so much different but both so deadly
