You don't see goals like this anymore. Why? Because they've messed with the weight and the flight of the ball so much. You can't score great long rangers any more. The ball is too light. Before the ball had weight and could carry. The new ones can't.

Christ Henry was good.
Never watched football as a kid but I feel like the goals were better back then. There are a few goals from today like Suarez’s back heel chip goal that’s amazing. But goals seem more entertaining back then. From long ranges with insane bends to Messi-like dribbling to the goal. Everyone seemed to be a star.
