Take them to South America. Playing vs a local team of Colombia, Brasil or Argentina is 1000% better than playing the same.
Does everyone just forget that the world is either doing Nations League, World Cup Qualifiers, Africa has Cup of Nations qualifying, etc? Who else are we going to play? Creation of UEFA Nations League has killed any chance for US to play european teams.

After a big tournament, this schedule makes sense. Remember, during the fall, these players will be active with club.
