The Newcastle one is not bizarre or at least new anymore. We have seen that being deployed for some time now including in the Club World Cup (by even teams like PSG or Chelsea iirc).

the bournemouth is quite clever i would say, it straight away puts a lot of pressure on the defensive line to clear it, one missed bounce and you're pretty much clear on goal
