  1. I have 2 possible theories on what might have happened
    1, there was some sort of hole in the net either made on impact or it was already there.
    2 , the net stretched on impact to fit the size of the ball

  2. The ref saw it good during the game, the team that scored didn't say anything of course, while the team that got robbed was informed from the booth and try to get the ref to change the result. As rules say, he could not take a different decision after he ruled it good in the first place, now the FIFA, along with the Bundesliga, is trying to decide what to make of it.
