This is definitely one of my favorite videos from you haha, gonna work on this when I get the chance
This concept applies to all movement on the basketball court, offensive and defensive. This is how you change pace, which is the key ingredient to separation from a defender or closing the distance defensively on an offensive player. Much bigger than just dribbling between the legs is all I’m adding.

Stuff like this is super simple and makes a huge difference in understanding distance and creating separation. Watching the March madness games and it seems that kids don’t work on their handle anymore .. it’s nuts.. just fumble the ball all the way to the rim and pray it goes in.
