  1. Americans 🤦🏽‍♂️ how’s a man wearing an L.A shirt jumping and and down celebrating a phili goal? With the l.a fans? Just don’t get it. Imagine a spurs fan rocking an Arsenal shirt and celebrating a spurs goal with arsenal fans! 🤣

  2. Is crazy bc Philly beat the current 🇲🇽 champs Pachuca 1-0 but couldn't lift gold, also the Phillies beat the Braves (champs last season) but couldn't lift gold. 😆 Interesting stuff mann

    Good for VeLA thought 🕯️💥🏆🤙

  3. Been watching mls since it's birth, watched galaxy at rosebowl first inaugural season, attended 1998 mls cup, league felt at one point like it wasn't going to survive, witness the ups and downs, 26 yrs later and we witness amazing final like this , damnn!!! pledge my lafc alliance, after inaugural season and damn what a game, football ⚽️ ain't going anywhere never thought I'd see the day of a los angeles going coo coo for football!!!!

  4. Not a soccer fan really, watched a bit of this game though. Why is what took place between 11:28 and 11:32 ignored, condoned, with no fans ejected? The woman in black was in that seat for the remainder of the game. Is this normal for soccer?

  5. I've watched the Bale goal over and over and still think Blake would've saved it on another day. Not to take away from Bale it was a great header but it wasn't that much to the right of Blake. He got a hand on it but he wasn't fully extended. I think the Philly defender being right there made Blake slip mentality for a second. What if's though eh. Fantastic game and atmosphere. Hope Philly make it to the Final next year.

  6. Obviously if you're an LAFC fan, you're going to feel like this was the greatest game in MLS history because it is their greatest result. If you're a Union fan, then you probably feel differently. As a neutral, I certainly enjoyed the game but I don't think it should be called the greatest. Own goals, terrible defense (especially on set pieces), repeated poor fan conduct, and it ended in penalties rather than being decided on the field. There are a lot LAFC fans out there and I totally get them feeling as though this is the greatest game ever. I also get MLS marketing it this way because it's good for the league to have great games. But, I just can't agree.

  7. This was an interesting game to watch, but some of the play looked a bit sloppy; still, it was dramatic. Philly simply missed badly on 2 of their penalty kicks. But why did so many plastic bottles rain down on the Philly players whenever they came near the sidelines? Throwing bottles at the opposing team? That's pretty trashy behavior, LAFC fans. You should be embarassed, whoever you were.

  8. I really feel for this Union team. They played such beautiful football and they deserved everything they got right up to the final. If it was any other team in the league it would have been smooth sailing toward a cup win. Unfortunately for them, LAFC finally knows how to win, even in the grubbiest craziest of games against the best teams in the league!!! Vamos LAFC!! LA is black and gold and so is MLS!!!

  9. I was fortunate enough to be at this game. I've been to a lot of sporting events in my life, but this one will be burned into my memory forever. The atmosphere was just insane.
