Little messi could never do that
Sad that Papin never regained his qualities after the Milan disaster and his injuries…in today's "all offensive play thru the wings" he would make a lot more goals…like, for example, Karl-Heinz Riedle…his strength was taking flanks from both sides…via volley, header or bicycle kick…besides a technical striker he was a weapon.
Bayern used to make bad decisions concerning transfers of strikers….Papin, Kostandinov, Valencia….urggg
That they didn't purchase Anthony Yeboah drove me insane…of course they finally started doing a better job with Klinsmann, Elber, Pizarro, Mandzukic, Toni,Gomez and Lewandowski…
Let's hope they do everything in their power to keep Lewandowski AND steal another world class player from Borussia Dortmund….cough cough….
