Americans are gaining a reputation of a great work rate.
What if there was just a 2 tier relegation system that was still closed.
So 40 teams. 2 leagues. Bottom 3 in Tier 1 get relegated. Bottom 3 in Tier 2 don’t get relegated.
Only teams that get to draft are Tier 2 teams
