Puskas was unbelievable. Keep in mind he was 35 here, but there’s such a gap between him and everyone else on that pitch. His first touch, ball control and finishing are so significantly better than everyone else’s. Looks like he’s playing 10 years ahead of his teammates.

I was watching benfica v. madrid 1962 final and for one of the goals one of the players’ arms hit the ball very evidently right before scoring. That was in a european final. Thats the barbarity these people want us to return to.
