  1. Really??? Barcelona with a referee that gives a ghost penalty…. and not give a penalty before the Barcelona last goal… u said that they are amazing 😅😅 and not forgetting that Benfica is a not a top team!!! With a shet manager that doesnt push a team to keep focus in the last 10 min of the game… that take out 2 players with no reason and loses the midfield in the last 10 minutes… well… easy to win… but want to see this Barcelona against Liverpool or Bayern….😅

  2. Everyone talks about Raphinha scoring the winning goal as if he had the ball on a silver plate waiting for him to just kick it in.

Ferran Torres made perhaps the best pass of the season considering the value and importance of that winning goal. Tremendous reaction at the time to have that vision and I hope that his playing career continues to climb.

  3. Shame on Barcelona! Benfica was robbed in front of the world. Of corse Barcelona had to win. Shame on UEFA aswell. Shame! Shame! Shame! And nobody does a damn thing.

  4. Blaming the goalkeeper for the game is insane. First of all, BOTH goalkeeper made mistakes, but Szczesny save them when it matter, against Di Maria's run. Also, you can't blame him for the Araujo og, and it's not totally his mistake when Balde didn't trust him. Pretty disrespectful of you two

  5. We played well…. Barcelona does need a good LW… A Striker most importantly…. And DM that can distribute in tight spaces… someone that will help Pedri achieve that fluid free flow game… which why I’m surprised no one has talked about the impact Frankie De Jong Had On the Game… Hansi is a Genius… removing Casado decreased our defensive Prowess but Bring’n De Jong increased free flow passes in the game… the passes he made in tight space was just great… immediately after the sub we started making more forward passes… Lamine wasn’t at his best yesterday he was fully man marked and he seemed of his game mostly… wrong calls, selfish plays.. poor shooting accuracy…He was off yesterday… I thought Hansi was going to take him out earlier but his timing was impeccable regardless…. We need a striker… our major issue is conversion rate.. we create a lot of chances in each game… the issue is converting them… having a Gyokores/Jonathan David in the middle and isak or Nico on the LW would be a blast… we did score more… we can add kimmich to the middle for physicality and balance…. We already have Tah coming in next summer… i think the loser in that department will be Inigo who has been excellent tho… may be we can get a fee for his departure… the team is good they just need to convert their chance and atleast we stand a chance to advance further in The UCL… and a higher chance of winning La Liga + Copa Dey Rey… I won’t dream of a treble just yet… but when we get past these financial woes… and Hansi gets his desired Team preference… I pity anyone we meet😅😅

  6. Unbelievable how Benfica is being screwed by the referee and VAR.
If you give the 2nd penalty to Barcelona because a Benfica player puts a hand on the shoulder of an opponent, but then in the last minute you allow a Benfica player to be pushed in the back and put down (the referee is right on top of it), then something is going very wrong here. It is a disgrace.
And no slow motion replay images of this. In the meantime, those images have been analyzed and the conclusion is: VilaRato all over again.
We can also add Benfica to the endless list of European matches in which Barcelona are favored by the referees/VAR.
In 4th place, behind PSG, Chelsea and Inter. And that is mainly because this match is less important. Benfica will eventually qualify for the intermediate round.

As a Portuguese, I always get a strange feeling when a Dutch referee whistles a Portuguese team or the National team. Especially now that the Netherlands and Portugal are competing for 6th place on the UEFA ranking. But if it is also against Barcelona, of which you know that 80% of all Dutch people idolize the Catalan club, then that is really tying the Cat to the Bacon.
Maybe clubs should be given the opportunity to refuse a referee appointed by UEFA for a match. Better safe than sorry, so to speak
