  2. I always kick myself, I went on a trial when I was 15 and didn't get through. I lost all my confidence and quit. It wasn't until I was older I realised I made a mistake in not trying at other clubs. I gave up too quickly on the first setback.

    I know every guy in the UK could have a been a pro but in my case I genuinely could have been professional, perhaps not premier league but definitely a league player.
