I have a question so I played soccer mÿ whole life and last fall ï was diagnosed with a stomach disease that made it very difficult to play, ï took the spring off to rest and wait till I’m better, ï was a very Skimmy girl and now I have more meat on my body, I have noticed that my running has decreased by speed and stamina my first practice is on Monday and I really want to get in shape for this soccer season!
