Bayern’s secret 🤫

Bayern Munich has a strong focus on integration.

Players are required to take part in cultural events like Oktoberfest and attend German classes to improve communication and strengthen team bonding.

Reports say foreign players receive semi-annual evaluations and can be fined €5K–€50K if they fail to make progress. Harry Kane says that’s been the hardest part since joining the team.

  3. I know the person that teaches the foreign players English in Liverpool and she said Richarlison was the hardest too teach she was genuinely shocked he passed his test so he could stay at Everton/England

  4. if its a yearly fine of 50k or even twice a year, they r more than rich enough to not learn it save their time and pay the fine as their hours are worth more than the 50k fine that they would spend learning the language if they don’t want to

  5. Forcing people isn’t trying to get people to “integrate” into your culture. It’s just forcing people. Horrible practice. How about just add incentive to do these things ?
