Kompany is not able to motivate his players… Most of the time the front line stands still as the fullbacks pass the ball among themselves, Horrible for spectators. Bayern needs a coach that can motivate his players to work, Kompany cannot.. They will not get far in the Champions League.. They are lucky to get this far due to their bad playing.
