I'm not an Inter supporter per se, but I am already getting tired of pundits talking like Barcelona easily won yesterday and is already in the final. You can only imagine what San Siro will look like next week …

All 3 of inter's goal were avoidable. Kounde cleared badly in 1st and then 2 corners just poor marking. I'll say flick might play Christensen in second leg plus balde's a must.
Inter are underated. The only way to take advantage of barca is scores as much as possible before barca scores goals because that's what they do best.
Anyone looks good when they're winning, what counts is when they're losing and how they react to that situation.

I think it's high time people stopped calling this risky football. This is genius (maybe I'm overhyping it). Flick took advantage of the availability of VAR to play a game that wasn't possible before VAR.
Barcelona have conceded more than 30 goals that were later called for offside this season. Think about it 30 goals, before VAR more than half of that would have been counted and then this kind of football would have been called stupid. The older pundits are just saying "a well timed run from deep and a good pass ", yes that was what it took before VAR where the tight calls were not given.
I'm not saying it doesn't work but you need Toni Kroos pass and Haaland run now to make this high line look bad. Barcelona conceded a lot goals this season, most weren't even caused by the highline people complain about. That shows it works, crazy but it works.
What I'm trying to say is a lot of top coaches (Postecoglou for example) will be taking look at this and thinking of how to take advantage of VAR. It's not just there to support the refs and give you penalties and freekicks when you need it. It's for a style of football like this. Mistakes happen, defenders forget sometimes but for a well drilled team, this is just another advantage for them.
