#2 is a big one. My son is only 9 but I try to instill good habits early. So when he's practicing on his own, I tell him to just constantly push himself to do moved a little bit faster. Then in games and practice, just slow it down a to a speed you're comfortable with. Eventually, the harder speed will become the comfortable speed. And it will just progress from there.

If the opponent football team is defending, can an advantage team waste time by not kicking the ball (not active play)and waiting for the opponent to come and get the ball from then. (Not inside the penalty box but towards the side of the corner kick.
