That's a foul all day long
Player was NO WHERE near the ball, played the man, body slammed the goalkeeper while the goalkeeper was catching the ball mid air.
Nπ€£T a foul? ππ€£ππ€£ππ€£ππ ππ€£π€£
I'm going against the grain from the commenters below: forget goalkeeping… if you were going to head the ball on the field, and a guy who had no chance of playing the ball crashed into you both with his hip in your back and his arm across your body, that would be a foul.
The fact that it was on the goalkeeper inside the six (edge of the six) makes it even more clear IMO.
I"m a neutral, and don't give a damn for either team… but that looked like a clear foul on the GK to me.
I see a foul no question asked. Player stoke against the Goalie before he attempts to catch the ball. It was not a 50/50 ball and goalie had area possession. Hala Madrid !!! Cheers
good refereeing
That was definitively a goal: so much as to the forceful impetus of the goalie drove the attacker's left arm towards his own belly.
The ref should go to hell he robbed villa
Bad call ref
This ref was the exact same ref that disallowed a goal for Real Madrid in the 100th minute while a cross was midair and sent Bellingham off for it. Absolutely shocking
Conceicao ππ what an individual effort.
This Ref is π©π©π©π©π©

Ref was terrible
Aston Villa played Dirty all Match!
What a bunch of cowards, fake acting like they got hurt
Anyone claiming that that is not a foul knows nothing about football
BS ref, couldn't have made his bias more evident lol
Everyone who says no foul on goalkeeper has never played goalkeeper before. When I go into the air, try to catch it, and even if I don't hold onto the ball, I can't be hit hard by a player to make me fall on my side. It's a foul everyday. VAR did well here. If the AV player didn't hit the goalkeeper, then the goalkeeper would've landed on his feet for sure and if they lost the ball, they still would've had a decent chance to grab the ball again, but by taking out the keeper, it is a foul unless the keeper totally misses the ball.
i mean i think thatβs a textbook foul against the keeper ?
Villa was rob
If this ref was in the prem arsenal would be middle of the table
It's a foul you can't touch the keeper inside the box
absolute robbery
wtf. Show the replays for Gods sake!!!
Soft call to disallow the goal
Not a Villa fan, but decisions like that are destroying football. Goalkeepers ALREADY have the use of their hands as an advantage. Who made this ridiculous law up that you cannot even touch them? It's a joke. A law made by people who have never played the game.
Way too many cards
What's up with the ref? Biased against Villa from the start.
That ref is a joke. If you watch laliga you'd know.
Typical shocking ref. Are we actually standing for this right now as fans?
Juve fan here. That was not a foul thats wild. π
Oscar-worthyπ
That was a goal. Not a foul at all.
The refereeing in football is going from annoying to strange to bizarre.
I guess many of us donβt know the rules. When the keeper is in the air and in a vulnerable position, he can not be interfered with any attacking player. In this case, watch the replay. There was clear contact by the Aston Villa player on the Juve keeper. Thus, NO GOAL!!!
Juve+their 12th man ref did us in π
i mean, as frustrating as it might be, that's how plays against keepers are always called.
Keeper came out that far for the ball into a crowded area and lost…
Wow, what a horrible call!
