Honestly, contrary to popular opinion i dont really fault Nunez that much, it was not an open goal, angle became a little tight and you have to give the defender credit. Yes, i am going to assume he is left footed or that is his stronger foot so he anticipated the defender sliding, he went high and there you have it.

I have been a staunch defender of Nunez throughout his entire Liverpool career. No matter what people said about him, I thought that if we just give him some time, he will relax and stop missing these chances– he's young and just needs encouragement… After this miss I don't think I can defend him anymore.
