I am coming back after an injury after 3 month now i have been doing practice for the last 1week individualy and with partner. But nothing feel the same i can't enjoy training like before, I can't fully focus .Even I have a plan i can't put effort on the drills . Even after doing warm up my body didn't feel like warmed or ready to go still feel stiff . Every movement I need to do it deliberately Nothing come freely ,leg feel heavy . Is that normal?I amnt enjoying the session like before.
