Havertz played the entire game and scored a penalty. He was physical the entire time, caused a lot of problems for Porto, and kept on going. Not bad for a player who everyone thought wasn’t good enough to play for Arsenal.

I hope Decks stays with Arsenal for a long long time, and I’m sure he’ll one day go on to captain the club. Then maybe in the end of his career he can come back to West Ham for a bit. So glad to see him thrive with the gunners ⚒

Not an arsenal fan but anyone that says Saka is trash clearly doesn’t play football. He had three players man mark him every time. At this point every teams objective is putting two plus defenders against Saka. I understand y’all want Saka and martinelli to come thru but this arsenal team is different. It isn’t when auba or Sanchez played, they’re actually a team contribution. Thus if one player is playing average the others gotta step up. This proved a lot when saliba was trash today. Gabriel stepped up

Great game by Saka, just unlucky. If any other player works hard in a game, even without g/a, he's praised.. But Saka, pocketed, even with shots on target and chances created. He must be world class because everyone expects him to score/assist in every game.

What a game. Porto really did up a good fight. They were compacted throughout the whole game. I don’t remember seeing pockets in their ranks. Odegaard is just unbelievable. Trossard made it look easy.
