If you have any doubts on them watch the highlights against Spain in the second game in Spain. Almost beat them in their homes which i believe they did not lose any games in last 50 or so years in their homes. Their problem is lack of consistency. Their games are never boring

Türkiye was always a strange team to play against. They are very good when they are on pressure and the underdog, but can lose against a team who is less favorite. In this group everyone can be the winner.

Türkiye is 100% the favorite with Paraguay being 2nd. USA will only advance out group because of 3rd place team. I could see the USA also not scoring a goal and being grouped. It’s not like that unfortunately matters much to the players or the general US population.
Turkeys problem is their forward line. They have great great wingers and midfielders but no experienced forward.
Montella has gotten them far with 3 wingers in the forward line without a forward but would that be enough in the WC finals. Cagliari's Kilicsoy and Porto FC's Daniel Gul are the only true forwards they have and they have not played a single 90 min game all together.
Even without true forwards they managed to create goals but for how long?
