  1. Let's see here:

    1) Defender gets the ball. Attacking player flops. Analysts wrong as usual! Why the HELL don't we have more camera angles. This is at an NFL stadium for Christ sake. You know they have plenty of cameras for those games!

    2) GOAL. But… No camera angle… I repeat my comment from number 1… Why the HELL aren't Goal Post Cams MANDITORY?

    3) Should have been at least a yellow card. There is no intent, because he is playing the ball. It is not above the calf, it is into the calf.

    4) Yeah… PK

Well… you guys got some of them right…

  2. You're going to 2 minutes and a freeze frame on that Taty foul, yet you won't even do a video on the first HRD where NYCFC had two players sent off unfairly, with a controversial penalty decision?? There has to be some sort of bias from this league against NYCFC, especially now that Taty has been suspended because of that foul. Meanwhile, in the first HRD, Caden Clark rammed into James Sands totally off the ball, with intent only for Sands, and he gets nothing.

  3. I like how the MLS limits the VAR use to blatant mistakes only.
In Europe, VAR is used too much, looking for the slightest of contacts, and making decisions that go against the spirit of the game, creating more controversy than if it wasn't used.
At least in MLS, most controversial calls are left to the on-field referee, and are called to the monitor only if they missed something really obvious, and I think that's the best way of using VAR.

  4. I'm an Orlando fan and calling it a penalty caught me off guard. Nice pass by Pererya though :D.
Also, NANI NEEDS TO STOP TAKING PENALTIES FOR US

  5. Why aren't there fixed cameras for some of these angles instead of moving cameras that get all blurry because of the fast movement? I don't get it.

  6. Unless you are blind as hell it was clear as F that Andrew got the ball well before any contact was made. That was a simple one to overturn and the fact that Allen Kelly didn't even call him over to take another look is horrendous. There was no way that was a PK and leave it to Nani to choke hard when facing Turner yet again. But how did you not even review the goal they took away from Buksa just moments before that when the defender made a play on the ball to block the shot thus negating Buksa being offside? Revs should have been up 3-1 and that entire sequence for that stupendously absurd PK call never should have even happened in the first place.

  7. Funny. You could have made a whole show about SKC Sounders game. I have serious concerns that the side judge on the near side(tv broadcast) had money on the game or was paid off to make incorrect calls.

  8. Anyone have a link to the drop ball rules? in the Vancouver Dallas game that penalty all started because the ball hit the ref, whitecaps went on to counter but the ref called the play dead and awarded a drop ball for Dallas. The broadcast live said something about it being a new rule but I can't seem to find anything.

  9. NE/ORL penalty call was absolutely atrocious, insane and suspicious. How come this disaster is not fixed by VAR makes me want to cry.

Minnesota Goal was 100% in imo, it was a good call. There should be an eagle cam obviously, but given the angle we have, I'm pretty sure calling that a goal is the right thing to do.

  10. Something that I can appreciate from this show even for someone who watched this sport for more than a decade that, you guys remind us about the specific rules and discuss/explain them comprehensively. Not to mention you often show the rules

  11. That ball obviously fully crossed the line, not sure what drugs you have to be on to ignore that. Look at where the ball was when it bounced (the line), and then look at how much further it went into the goal afterwards. Then freeze the frame at the exact moment the Dynamo player kicks it. No shot it wasn't a goal.
