In a different world Iraola would be a top choice for the job at Old Tradford. He's doing an incredible job at Bournmouth.
This Basque tactic was the thing in championship manager 2001/2002. 4-3-3. The finest example are Mourinho bus parking and Pep Tiki taka. Mourinho bus parking is using 2 DM and 1 AM while Pep Tiki Taka is using 1 DM and 2 AM. Basically they are the same tactic. The problem is, you need "spesific" very good players to shine with this tactic.
