I get his point and he is right about not underestimating anybody. But the reason Haaland scored more, it is also because he plays for a better team that dominates the game and has dominated the league for years.
If he played for Bayern he would score 50 goals. Dortmund ain't even that good compared to other teams in the league. However man city is the best in England

In every league you will get 4 or 6 teams that can compete at the highest level in Europe but the difference is the 15th and 16th placed teams in England can still get to finals of Europa beating top table teams from other leagues. English teams just invest more into their teams than other teams in Europe.
