  1. Please don't oet woke culture creep into sports. Dedicate, Discipline and give effort so that everyone gets what they deserve theough their own hardwork and talent not with reservations and race.

  2. It’s also about being in football and interest in football. Just because African Americans tend to rise higher because of their athleticism doesn’t mean they’ll excel tactically at the same rate. You’re trying to push something for no reason.

  3. This is an awful take. Soccer is about skill and always will be. Its the great global unifier. Race has nothing to do about it. Bringing soccer, including the coaching/tactical side to all regions and cultures is admirable. Skin color is irrelevant

  4. If what hes saying is that young black men dont see themselves as coaches in the black community in the future, then that's simply a statistic to sipport his opinion. The message is positive. I think he's reasonable here, the issue is that there is a lot race baiting out there across social media platforms, so its easy to judge them all the same.

Most of the greatest players of all time are black, so surely we would expect thay if there was greater opportunities for black players to go into management, we would produce even better managers. If they raise the game, its good for the game. More eyes on the sport.
