  1. This JJ kid shows his maturity and not in a good way. Saying, there is no point in playing with the 16's, when his coaches are trying to get him minutes. Terrible mental and attitude towards his football

  2. Now I see the reason why jj or junior dixon (his real name) was the top scorer for Birmingham academy last season but 5 managers have not given him a sniff of the first team, wasting his potential big time

  3. JJ need to change that attitude, if he doesn't change that attitude it will be his down fall. Not everytime things will go your way but you have to keep on fighting 💪 💯

  4. JJ needs to grow up . Foreal . He will. Go no where with complaining .
He should listen to his parents when they said practice and show them .

This right here will make him stronger if he’s willing to shut his mouth and just put in the work

  5. I don't get it, In England they do all this micro management and yet produce just another average talent by world football standards. I mean they have to be doing it wrong somewhere man ? Don't you guys think so or is it just me ? Meanwhile if you look at the Brazillian or spanish talent these guys are not as big as these england ones but they're so talented on the ball with their touches etc.
I think the physical conditioning they do at these academies is where they're going wrong, Flexibility is a key part of football imo, the more techincal ballers are more flexible given how smooth they are in their movements meanwhile in England physical emphasis is given more.

  6. As a yank, you see a lot of JJ's bad attitude in the black american community here in the US especially amongst elite basketball players. Lazy, selfish and only cares for himself. Not wanting to work hard. It's a cultural thing with Africans. Just facts.

  7. When we see that the national team of England has won only one world Cup in 1964 and after that nothing , and has won no Europe Cup at all, we can ask the following question : why you have so nany academy in England if they can't deliver a high skilled players ?
