  1. Warm up Time:10 Minutes (Stretches,sprints etc)
    Ball mastery Time:15 minutes(Make it harder and harder every time)
    First touch Time:15 minutes (Make it harder and practise touching in space)
    Finishing Time:15 minutes (Different types of finishing drills like dribbling through cones and finishing out or in)

  2. Americans are so robotic when it comes to football. All the gear no idea. There’s no swag or soul maybe it’s coz he’s ginger πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ nah seriously I see all these vids and in real matches very easy to defend against.

  3. Add:
    -10 minute freestyle dribbling at high/low intensity, including sprint dribbling
    -Dribble through cones for 5 minutes
    -Dribble through a bunch of randomly placed cones in an concentrated area for 5 minutes

    Tips:
    -Why is Dribbling at speed so hard! By the football folk
