  1. As loyal Soccer ⚽️ fans we do not spend the money 💸 to attend games and take the time out of our weekend to watch 📺 the worst Refereeing 💩 & VAR Refereeing in all of sports! Major League Soccer (MLS) 🇺🇸 🇨🇦, and Professional Refereeing Organization (PRO) you must do better!!! It’s embarrassing! Study the quality English Premier League (EPL) 🇬🇧 officiating.

  2. MLS REFS ARE 100% VAR Corporate Stooges. USE YOUR OWN EYES. They are liars. At least half of MLS matches are controlled by awful Ref calls for PKS. After VAR manipulated relays.

  3. I remember10 years when a pro uero star said the MLS in ten years will become top flight like the premier and so it has, watching the games now and they do look fast flight and exciting football .

  4. This is why I decided to only work middle school matches. I hated HS boys varsity soccer. Terrible sportsmanship, too much whining, too much flopping, horrible coaches, horrible fans.

  5. if im not mistaken that bald referee referred one of the houston dynamo matches with houston dynamo vs la galaxy. one of the worst refereeing i had ever seen.

  6. Unfortunately, the quality of MLS officiating is extremely spotty. I watched the Orlando/Portland game on television (07/18/2019). I spotted at least 4 extremely obvious fouls that should have been called, yet, neither the center referee, referee assistant (which, on 2 of the fouls, were within 10 yards/3 meters) or VAR (which, I know is restricted to certain conditions as to when VAR can be used) made the call. (Please note: even the television commentators were perplexed as to why the calls were not made). It does not matter how well the majority of officiating is in any league, if a few referees are consistently "missing" calls, it paints a black eye for that league. I was certified by USSF for 25 years and have over 2,500 games under my belt (both in the USA and Italy)(not a professional referee) and understand that officials at the professional level have a difficult job to do, but, this is what they are paid for. MLS needs to create a better system of identifying and removing officials who fail high standards, maybe even create an exchange program with other countries to improve and enhance the experiences needed at top flight levels. Otherwise, we will continue to see poor officiating in a league that is slowly beginning to become a recommended destination for international players.

  7. The way I see it, you don’t expect players to never make a mistake nor do you see the ref telling the players how to play. There’s going to be mistake it’s part of the game and sports in general. Respectful communication is key for refs and the players but keyword respectful

  8. somehow soccer ref videos are showing up for me all of a sudden but i’m glad they’re. you get to see how they work and it’s very interesting and hard work! props to these guys

  9. I wish I could be an official but I think it’s you have to be charismatic, and be able to believe what you feel you see immediately…and I think even though I’ve played in positions in sports that I do more watching(catcher in baseball, point guard in basketball, goalkeeper in soccer) I still tend to see what I want to see. There are a lot of times that I get mad about a call, then about 5 seconds later go “no actually, I was wrong, my bad, good call ref”….

So I probably won’t ever even do intermural reffing, little kids tball umping is as far as I think I’ll get. But I really would love to do it, especially seeing this perspective.

  10. 10:22 I love how that guy on the top left is yelling "You're garbage!" People will only realize how tough refereeing is once they are on the pitch. It is so much harder than everyone thinks.
