Spurs fan here. Love this gaffer. Well spoken, humble and definitely very clear on his direction for the club. He's the type of guy you would wanna shake his hand and tell him its an honor meeting him.

The best manager in the PL. Top Coach in improving his players. Tomas is everything Manchester United needs.
I really like the part about adaptability. A big factor in him not succeeding in Brøndby was that he wasn't prepared to adapt to the club and the players he had. An example was using Teemu Pukki out of position as a left winger to be able to keep using his 4-3-3 formation. I'm happy to see that he learned from his mistakes.
