  1. Well Soccer is the biggest sport in Mexico.

Just like how Americans are coached by well experience
    In football and basketball
By coaches who have legendary knowledge about those games.

Mexico has long history of soccer and qualify for the world cup always.

  2. The USMNT has for the first time in their football history, a great pool of talent to choose from. Regardless of the horrible pay-to-play system, great players are breaking through the cracks of that system. The issues is with the home office, the historical cronyism that exists due to the country as a whole not taking the sport seriously, has allowed management to be somewhat of a “boys club” and handing coaching and directing positions to people who are clearly not qualified.

When that system is fixed, the USMNT will start displaying the level of football as a team that the individual talent possesses.

  3. The problem for the U.S. here is deep, and it is not going to be fixed any time in this generation.
If 99 people with an IQ of 95 are all going to vote on who is the smartest leader to lead thier new campaign, and one person has an IQ of 150, who is that majority going to be feeling? It is called "the Dunning Kruger effect". I am constantly amazed at how consistently idiotic our culture is. I play pick up soccer and get coached by people who are less talented, with lower IQ's, less athleticism, less experience winning, and less industrious than I am, because they are more socially resonant with each other. Their attitudes are just as predictable as the way they play. Their arguments are not rational to winning, just socially coherent. Institutionalized losing.

Mexico took advantage of the U.S. mistakes here, and did well not to wait. Good job on keeping the goals coming.
