This is what I can never understand, even the men's game, most of the time why no defensive player covers the player on the far side of the field. That player is so wide open to either shoot or cross.

The USWNT 🇺🇸🦅⚽️ can score, but it has shown cracks on defense and on the GK, which is why the National team is not the same without Hope Solo, she wasn’t just really good at making saves and clean sheets she added intensity which powered the defense and had that BadASS flare on the field which was crucial in the team’s success.

The US shouldn’t feel all that great. They play teams that offer no real opposition. Then and a few other teams play just OKAY. look at all the goals that were scored. Every goal scored was either a mistake or something that the keeper could have done more. Most of those plays wouldn’t have happened in a men’s match. Ugh they’re given too much credit and they’re just okay. They’re only winning cause the other teams are just a bit worse.
Poor defense have to work on the defense more
Women’s soccer is entertaining but I have to state facts – it is pretty comedic how easily some goals are scored.
The first two goals were nice but Rapinoe's was my favorite!
They should put Ashlyn on #1 GK if they want to win the world cup. Winning a game is not only about scoring goals but much more about not conceding one. If they don't change anything about that, we won't win the world cup.
