Thanks for the video. I coach my daughter who is a 13 yr old striker. She has been playing since she was 4. The equipment that we use mostly are: Large goal (our local park has one), a bag of soccer balls, just a few cones, and one of the most useful items is a net rebounder. She kicks the ball into the rebounder and I rush her as the ball comes back to her. She then has to control the ball, get around me, and score. This one piece of equipment allows just me and her to simulate very real situations.
If there wasn’t any evidence that cupping doesn’t work then why do physical therapists use it?

What is a good tension for a resistance band if you attach it to the goal (like you did in the video) I saw a purple 12 to 30 resistance band and a 30-80 purple resistance band at the Amazon link you provided. Which purple resistance band did you use in the video?
