  1. Step one: find outdoor racquetball/handball court
    Step two: kick ball toward wall as hard as you can
    Step three: try to block said ball when it bounces back
    Bonus: you can also practice your kicks as well, kill one stone with two birds

  2. As an only child who had a brick chimney, i can relate. Go to goalie only camps if you can. Train away from your team during practice with the other goalie. You dont need equipment like ladders and cones. Simplicity and repetition.

  3. for 5, it would be ideal to have another person saying left or right to surprise you, but if not maybe use your phone to do the same, or use folded notes with l or r on them.
