  1. Agree..be player-centered, not coach-centered. Ensure your sessions are 1. organized 2. Game-like, does it look like the game? 3. Are the players getting repetitions? 4. Is it challenging? 5. Are you making coaching points….the best ones are in the form of a question. For new coaches, catch them doing something right. The game is the best coach…so stop interrupting and let them play.

    I registered with a popular football club and they have a graduation certificate and a professional certificate, in Australia_ Sydney and i'm 20 years old

  3. Hi CoachWG , Thank you for the tips/guidance given through this vedeo . Frankly I'm not a football coach but usually play football with Children/teenagers to improve thier football skills. Apart from the football skills mostly I face the challanges with thier behaviour. Most of the children come into argument mode(blaming each other ) during play due to fouls and it is difficult to handle them . Can you please guide me how to tackle this situation?
