Does Episoketren System really help to improve your soccer game? I've learn a lot of good things about this popular training course.
What exactly is Episoketren System? How does this thing really work? I see a lot of people keep on talking about this popular training course.
Coaches, a few things with this video:
The activity itself is fine, but I highly suggest changing a few things
1. Her grids are too large. Possession broke down because players couldn't cover that much ground fast enough to provide the proper supporting angle. The grids should be 7×7 yards.
2. She missed the most important coaching point related to receiving the ball. RECEIVE WITH YOUR FAR FOOT so you can open up and use both teammates. If you receive with your near foot, you cannot properly play that other teammate.
3. "If we had 4, our movement wouldn't be as quick and clean as we needed it" FALSE (she rejects the idea due to her having limited knowledge). In the same 7×7 yard box, place a player on each of the 4 sides of the square against one defender in the middle. Whichever player has the ball, the left and right option must move all the way to the corner cone to provide the best supporting angle (playing across the grid is not allowed). Mandatory 2-touch, and always receive across the body.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely,
A 22 year-old coach who has been passed up for 30 Under 30 twice for coaches like this instead
