My netball coach's husband was a guy who wore those sunhats and he's responsible for me tearing an ankle ligament because he was defending on me in training and hit me just the wrong way as i landed. Only serious injury ive ever gotten from netball im usually pretty good on my feet.
As someone who just got knee surgery 3 days ago and will be back just in time for next season, this just gave me confidence that I will still be just as good even if I have been injured

🙋🏻♀️ torn my ACL in both knees! It’s such a hard injury but helps with mental toughness! Wish I could still play soccer every day 😢

I am number 2 i was called up as a 13 year old girl to the under 16 as a goalie and i still do it today.
One of the teams my high school plays against has almost every girl in an ACL brace, ankle brace, or both. One of the hardest teams by far.
As a middle/high school soccer player the coach with the sun hat was so real 💀💀💀💀 but also that one team where the girls have matches club bags 💀💀💀
