  1. The enjoy yourself hit hard. Sometimes when I do a tight space wall session. It’s hard to control the ball on a gym floor instead of turf. The cones keep sliding around and can’t even go 1 minute at a high intensity without making a mistake. I start getting really frustrated and won’t move on h t’il I get it without making a mistake. I’m in a bad mood so it doesn’t get any better. I’m going to learn to calm myself down on my bad days and just have fun while working hard.

  2. I find balancing my intensity and enjoyment is hard but I’m getting there. I’m either too intense and thus hard on myself, or not intense enough but enjoying myself 😅
