  1. Will one of Argentina, Spain, France, and England be placed in Group C due to FIFA rankings? How come these four teams don't meet until the semifinals? I want a explain

  2. And yes if they still loose the first game against lesser team.lets make sure they win the next games by referee error. Like when South korea hosted and where basically helped through by refs. They beat both Italy and portugal in outrageously badly refereed games. FIfAis now a greedy corp. Not sport.

  3. “Morocco had the chance of not going against too many power houses” bro Morocco played Spain in Ro16, Portugal in QF and France in SF. Not to mention Belgium and Croatia in the group stages

  4. There are always shock results in a tournament especially in the group stages, so I do expect at least 2 big countries come up against each other early in the knockout stages. Anyway, the one team I would like to avoid as long as possible is Norway.

  5. Iraq cannot be in a group with Uruguay, Panama, Mexico or Colombia because they're in a playoff path with a CONCACAF team and a CONMEBOL team.

DR Congo cannot be in a group with the US for the same reason. If you're going to do a simulation, at least do it correctly, I thought that would be common sense for an established network.

Iraq MUST be in a group with 2 UEFA teams and 1 CAF team, one of the UEFA teams must be in pot 1 (because there are no pot 1 CAF teams)

  6. If you're unsatisfied with the lack of clear explanations of draw constraints, poor simulations (Mexico/USA can't have a IC Play-off team like Iraq/DRC), and the "group of death" comment…

Go check out IamNOTmrT's video. Great explanation and does a full draw simulation, explaining the constraints as he goes.

  7. This is wrong as already pointed out in other comments, Scotland can not play Germany as both teams won their UEFA group and can't be drawn together. Do your research.

  8. I feel like it should be completely randomized. It's not like the UCL where you don't want teams from the same country to meet. Just randomize all groups and the knockout stage as well. Might not be perfectly fair but it would sure be more interesting

  9. 01:44 “This is the end of The Group of Death” Perfect example of how to make a “shocking comment” without value. Either if he thought this was a great idea to present or he had a sudden inspiration, it proves he does not understand the dynamics of formation of a Group of Death vs the dynamics of playoff stages… and for other comments I read, this will be as far as I’ll go with the analysis of this presentation. Rubbish, indeed.

  10. I don't know the answer, I hope I can get an answer.
It you have 12 groups, and four different paths, then one of the top four teams, Spain, Argentina, England, or France, must be in Group C. There's Mexico, Canada, and the US in Group's A, B, D, so you need one in Group C.
My question is, then there's Group E and F. If, For Example Spain is drawn after Argentina from Pot one, does it go into Group E, or Group F?

Also, you CAN get a group of Death in one of these groups, but it might work better with Argentina in Group C, as they could draw both Croatia and Norway into Group C. This could include Cabo Verde.

  11. Watching these guys discuss the format of the world cup draw reminded me of the time when I was 10 and I had to do a spoken report on a book I never bothered to read 😂

  12. Think the seeding of the top four is brilliant. Semifinals of Argentina vs England and France vs Spain would be great.
    BUT…
it won’t end up that way. The likes of Brazil, Norway, Mexico, Morocco, Japan and Senegal etc will have a helluva of a lot to say about that…

I suspect that only 2 of the top 4 seeds will make it to the semis. My money is on… 🤔

  13. The group of death factor hasnt been changed at all why do none of these guys do any research? Tha group draw rules literally hasnt changed at all😂 This is the least knowledgable football panel i have ever witnessed. Its like they just picked 4 randoms of the streets with a less than average knowledge on the sport. The 1st and 2nd ranked teams was literally a factor at the last world cup aswell😂
