Ok….the US doesn’t follow Football (we call soccer) as much as the rest of the world. Does this help the hype? Let’s see….being played in an area known to keep women down (Qatar), the least favorite sport for US fans (NFL Football, Baseball, NBA Basketball, and NHL Hockey has more US fans), and you are trying to slip into 2 very important US holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) where US Football is the main sport to watch. Good luck with ratings in the US…
