  1. We just don’t produce quality player like them anymore. 2006 World Cup was peak Aussie football. Could have beaten Italy if we didn’t sub Mile Sterjovski off, he was keeping Grosso quiet and as soon as they took Mile off Grosso won the penalty for Italy. Hopefully one day we can live up to the success of that squad again.

  2. This does not change the fact that in Australia there are 48 million kangaroos and in Uruguay there are 3,457,380 inhabitants. So if the kangaroos decide to invade Uruguay, each Uruguayan will have to fight 14 kangaroos.
