No. They are definitely competitive. Do you guys watch European football? Let’s face it. Dortmund’s run to the final was a fluke. Bayern is not as strong as they used to be. Leverkusen is amazing but they still couldn’t win Europa.
The top 5 teams are strong but the rest are pretty awful. American players need to play for the top teams, otherwise it’s similar to playing in The Championship in England
The EPL is the best league but that it will be difficult for it to perform in the champions league from now on with added time rule and competitive nature of the Premier League. You saw all the EPL team lose steam all at the same period because they all had no gas in the tank due to how hard the Prem is.
No. BL lower table is not very good. La Liga is highly competitive and the top level teams are definitely playing at the very highest levels. What holds the EPL back is still the style of play.
