Instead of stickers, why not use Gorilla Contact Adhesive? It's the closest thing to whatever the cleat manufacturers are using for grip. Let it dry for a few days and it should stay pretty much forever as long as you've put it on a clean surface.
U can use old bicycle inner tube(cut) + superglue(but use lidde bit of every surface that contact with the shoes surfaces and also be careful with shape. U make sure to its aligned with your feets shape.)
