Would have been nice if the manager had taken the time since his appointment to actually learn about the national pool. He is actually being paid and still has the lack of self awareness to say he will need to rely on JOS. Ffs
Think he will do well , First thing make Ireland bloody hard to beat like we used to be . Play to our strengths and mix the football up a bit . More urgency for a start

Hopefully he has a good relationship with the Icelandic FA and can obtain some data from their recent friendly in Wembley. England are levels above on paper but seem to underperform together but I really hope Irish players leave every last drop of sweat and effort on the field against them.
Good luck to the man I hope it works out but he's got a serious job on his hands with this team and dealing with the FAI.
